Prabowo: My Cabinet Has No Red Dates

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President said that the Red and White Cabinet will work hard to achieve national transformation even within the first 100 days of his presidency. He emphasized that the cabinet has never even had a holiday. 

“My cabinet has no red dates in the calendar,” said Prabowo during a visit to Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, as quoted from an official press release on Monday, January 20, 2025.

The Head of State highlighted that the cabinet members continued to work even during New Year's Eve to ensure the smooth functioning of government operations across all sectors. According to him, this aims to enhance efficiency in a number of fields.

“You see it during New Year's Eve, New Year's Day that all ministers were working. Not only in the office but also in the fields. Thank God, the year-end and New Year's celebrations passed smoothly. Fuel supplies are under control, food prices are under control, and airline ticket prices have dropped for the first time in the history of the Republic,” the President said.

The General Chair of the Gerindra Party further emphasized that the hard work of the Red and White cabinet was carried out to provide the best for the people. He is optimistic that his government can work quickly and carry out a serious development transformation.

With a spirit of optimism, he also expressed his gratitude to all levels of government for their hard work in realizing the vision of national development and transformation. He reiterated that all policies taken are designed to enhance the prosperity of all Indonesian citizens.

“Sometimes, there are misunderstandings, but we resolve them, we fix them. The intention is to bring progress and improve the welfare of our people. We aim to eliminate poverty and hunger and increase prosperity for all Indonesian people and the income of all people. That is our goal,” said Prabowo.
